One service fee for all packages
The service fee is mandatory starting from Rp100.000/month per customer, separate from package prices. One customer can use multiple packages with the same service fee. The service fee includes hosting, maintenance, and change requests with a total work time limit of 2 hours per month. Minimum terms: 3 months Rp300.000; 6 months Rp500.000 (1 month free); 12 months Rp1.000.000 (2 months free), per customer. The exact service fee depends on the project's needs.
Why APPY-managed hosting?
Our standard service requires hosting to remain within APPY's managed environment. Standardizing infrastructure means our team can deploy, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain customer projects using the same operational process instead of maintaining many different hosting configurations.
Can I move to another hosting provider?
Yes. A customer may request migration to another hosting provider. Because a different environment creates additional deployment and operational work, migration and external-hosting support are quoted separately. We aim to keep that quotation reasonable.
